2 arrayCGH class

For the purpose of normalization we have added several optional items to the arrayCGH objects defined in the R package GLAD, including:

cloneValues

a data frame with aggregated (clone-level) information, quite similar to profileCGH objects of GLAD

id.rep

the name of a variable common to cloneValues and arrayValues, that can be used as an identifier for the replicates.
